Charles Barthelemy, founder & CEO of Barthelemy Commercial Capital, has over 20 years of experience in the banking and financial sector. Mr. Barthelemy is a national notable financial expert and trainer. In 1995, at Wachovia Bank, he managed the collection department, advising Fortune 500 & Fortune 100 companies with defaulted credit accounts. In 1999, Mr. Barthelemy was recruited by Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo) as a financial specialist to supervise 3 branches outside of Metro Atlanta. He was involved with financial planning, investment, and Wachovia’s home purchase/refinancing program. In 2002, while still an employee of Wachovia bank overseeing 8 branches, he founded Barthelemy Commercial Capital. As a mortgage and financial advisor and expert, he originated and closed thousands of real-estate loans in accordance with federal guidelines while managing 75 employees. He provided training on loan origination & sales techniques. Mr. Barthelemy later extended his career in financial training by creating financial workshops and served as a consultant for loan officers & brokerage firms in Atlanta. The focus of the workshops are to educate clients about the mortgage industry and it’s process.
